The White Paper is a policy-oriented document that was developed through a reflective, consultative, multi-stakeholder process that aimed to deliver a policy agenda for environmental peacebuilding to COP26 in Glasgow in the fall of 2021, the Geneva EnPax conference in February 2022 and the Stockholm+50 forum in June 2022.
