Alp Analytica-2

Who Are We?

We are researchers, practitioners and environmentalists working on creating collaborative and sustainable solutions to the myriad environmental and security threats that arise in a world increasingly challenged by the global climate crisis.

Why Alp Analytica?

Our mission at Alp Analytica is to deliver impactful solutions to some of the world’s thorniest issues—conflict and fragility, climate change and ecological collapse. Based between the French Alps and Paris, our environmental policy and development consultancy is composed of a small, yet global team lead by Oli Brown. Oli brings over 20 years of experience in environment and development programme management, strategic planning, research, training and communication.

From supporting UNHCR's new climate plan, assessing the environmental impacts of COVID-19 in Iraq, organizing a collaborative paper on the future of environmental peacebuilding, building a coalition of countries committing to sthaltop oil and gas production, and supporting the G20’s work on nature-based solutions in cities, Alp Analytica tackles an exciting range of environmental policy and research projects with a wide number of organizations—UNEP, UNDP, UNHCR, the World Bank, the ICRC,  Sida, IUCN, Chatham House, the European Institute of Peace, adelphi research, the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform, the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, and the Geneva Centre for Security Policy.

A Model for the Post-Covid World

We are a small team from around the world who have joined forces in the French Alps, working collaboratively and designing solutions for the world’s thorniest issues—conflict and fragility, climate change and ecological collapse. Highly flexible, we collaborate with a variety of organizations from across the globe and never shy away from a challenge.
