She helped lead the biggest recent change in humanitarian response &#8211; the rise of cash assistance &#8211; \u00a0leading policy for the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.calpnetwork.org\/\">CALP network<\/a>, serving as UN\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unocha.org\/\">OCHA<\/a>&#8216;s cash advisor and leading cash responses in Haiti and Somalia.
